Apprenticeship Program

We offer four-year paid apprenticeship program for all Plumbing Apprentices. Our Plumbing Apprentices receive full-time employment, on-the-job training that provides 8,000 hours of field work required, in conjunction to attending classes once a week.

Our program is accredited by the US Department of Labor Office of Apprenticeship and is recognized by the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs.

Top Choice Plumbing is now accepting highly motivated candidates with no plumbing experience (perhaps a little construction experience…) for their 1st year. Top Choice is also seeking 3rd and 4th year apprentices who have 4000-8000+ hours of experience!

Estimator

Construction & Commercial Service

We are looking for a diligent Estimator to prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information and analyzing important metrics. You will provide knowledge of cost and benefits that support profitable business decisions.

Journeyman

Construction & Commercial Service

Experienced- level Commercial Plumbing Journeyman with ability to perform plumbing commercial or industrial installations with minimal supervision in a high quality and safe manner. Commercial Plumbers install, maintain, and repair water and gas plumbing systems.

Outside Sales

Representative

Experienced outside salesperson with a background in Commercial plumbing services and new construction. Unlimited commissions. We are a fast growing company and our success depends on our hardworking, dedicated employees.

Excellent opportunity for a well organized technical plumbing professional who likes to work in fast paced environments. You are a resource to the technicians under your supervision, a leader (by example), and able to lead jobs or run a piece of equipment to someone if necessary.
