Duties:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
• Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Provide exceptional client service throughout the sales process.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts.

Requirements:

• Prior experience selling plumbing services in residential or commercial settings **must have plumbing specific experience**.
• Ability to travel to pre-set appointments throughout your assigned area in a company provided work vehicle.
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed.
• All candidates are required to background check and must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
