A tenant of our client experienced drainage issues for years at their logistics center and had multiple plumbing companies repair fixture drains during this time. Top Choice Plumbing was contracted to diagnose and repair the underlying issue on the property, which we found to be a collapsed mainline sewer near the road after using tracing equipment, cameras, and jetting trailers. We removed fencing and brought in excavation machines to dig down and find the pipe and also understand why it happened. The original plumbing was not bedded properly so prior to laying new pipe we correctly bedded the pipe, had it inspected by the city, and replaced all fencing and landscaping.
