A homeowner contacted us about a tankless water heater replacement. The water heater, although a high quality unit, had deteriorated quicker than expected due to high levels of chlorine in the water. After replacing the water heater we suggested the installation of a piece of technology called a Flowtech that uses radio waves to keep buildup from affecting the inner workings of the machine as well as the entire home piping system.
